Fill out the form on the right to schedule your consultation. Our options include in-person consultations with SurgiSculpt which are often followed up with an appointment with our Patient Coordinator and Financing Expert to discuss scheduling and pricing.

A complete consultation at Cosmetic Plastic Surgery Institute will take anywhere from 30-90 minutes. We ensure that every patient walks out the door with all the information and paperwork they need to move forward with their decision.

A great option for our long-distance patients is a virtual consultation with SurgiSculpt. A Virtual Consultation includes a comprehensive physical assessment and surgical plan. For a successful virtual consultation, you must be in an area that is well lit with adequate wifi or cellular signal. These will often be followed up with an email and phone call from our Staff and Patient Coordinator to discuss scheduling, financing, and travel accommodations.
